Bin ich da richtig mit meiner Übersetzung/ Verständnis?
es ist auch nicht geklärt welcher Ort zählt. Ort der Server bzw des Unternehmens -> wäre ja amerika ODER der Standort des Users welcher in diesem Falle nicht in Amerika wäre.
