Story/Aufgabe im Spiel: Nach dem Ausbruch eines Atomkriegs haben sich einige Überlebende in denen von der Firma Vault-Tec gebauten unterirdischen Bunkeranlagen genannt Vaults eingfunden, um diese zu überstehen. Wir schlüpfen in die Rolle eines dieser Überlebenden und erleben den Weg vom normalen Familienalltag bis hin zum nackten Überleben in einem Postapokalyptischen Szenario.
